Timbaland was friends with classmate Pharrell Williams, and had dabbled in projects with him as S.B.I., or Surrounded By Idiots. Williams recalls in an interview: “In seventh grade I met Chad [Hugo, the other half of The Neptunes]. That’s twenty years ago by now. Like I said earlier, we started producing beats together. But then again, I also played with this famous group which consisted of Timbaland, Magoo, myself and some other guy. Chad wasn’t a part of the group, so I was in “The Neptunes” and “Surrounded By Idiots” at the same time.”

PS: I didn’t know Timbaland had a relationship with Aaliyah in 1994. I don’t like to talk about the dead but Aaliyah did get her groove on back in the days…R.Kelly, Timbaland, Jay-Z, Dame Dash…Her personal life was well kept, except for Dame Dash which was more so public, and maybe R. Kells but it was still a mystery of whether or not they got married. It was rumored that Beyonce also at once secretly dated R.Kelly in the past but we will never know for sure.

It will be unveiled on January 21st and ready to be bought in spring. You will be able to splurge from approximately $2,070 to $621,000 to get your Star Trak on. Woohoo!

Madonna is naming her next album “Licorice”. When is this lady going to retire? LOL Isn’t she in her 40’s already? Wow it amazes me. But hey good music is good music. This isn’t the first time she has tapped the “urban” (now considered pop) producers, remember her past album “Bedtime Stories” with Babyface and Dallas Austin on the project? Our New York Flagship Store will open on Tuesday November 27th from Noon until 7PM. The store will be closed on Wednesday November 28th for press. We will re-open on Thursday November 29th. The store will be open 7 days a week from Noon to 7PM.

Diddy’s 38th Birthday on Miami’s Star Island

Diddy celebrated his 38th birthday in style this past weekend, chartering a plane on Friday for himself and 100 of his closest friends and heading to his private home on Miami’s Star Island for a big party on Saturday night.

The hip-hop mogul, who actually turned 38 a week earlier, on Nov. 4, made up for lost time with a lavish celebration featuring fireworks and a sign lit up in flames that read, “Diddy. The World Is Yours.”

VIP guests included Jay-Z, Pharrell Williams, Diddy’s former longtime girlfriend Kim Porter (Bwahahaha!) and Stephen Baldwin. Diddy’s son Justin and Christian were also on hand.
